Join me in the beautiful showroom at Greenbrae Steading, Cummingston for a weekend full of antenatal education and birth preparation. The course will run from 1pm until 4pm Saturday and Sunday with plenty of tea, coffee and of course cake/snacks!!
We will discuss everything to do with birth. You’ll come away with confidence when making decisions about your birth, knowledge for creating a calm environment for labour and excitement ready to meet your new arrival.
Find your bubble - The course also offers a great opportunity to meet other mums-to-be and families within the local area and form friendships with other like minded people.

Private 1:1 Classes
One to one bespoke hypnobirthing classes in the comfort of your own home with myself, days and times convenient to you. The classes will be tailored to your needs and we will focus on any worries or anxieties you may have. There will be plenty of time for questions and you will of course get my ongoing support throughout your pregnancy and beyond along with your Hypnobirthing workbook, Mp3s, goody bag and all materials.
