Hey! I’m Amy a Hypnobirthing teacher based in and around Lossiemouth, Scotland. I provide group and private 1:1 sessions within the wonderful world of Hypnobirthing and antenatal education. Whether you’re planning a home birth, a water birth, a hospital birth or a no idea birth. My hypnobirthing classes will give you all the informed knowledge, tools and techniques to unlock the beauty within EVERY birth.
Group sessions are held at the stunning Greenbrae Steading by the cosy log burning stoves and are the perfect opportunity to create your support bubble as you venture into this world of parenthood. You’ll meet other like minded families within the local area forming friendships to last a lifetime.
About me
Hi, I’m Amy, an Operating Department Practitioner with experience in Maternity and Obstetrics, along with lots of other theatre settings. I have a passion for antenatal education and empowering parents with the knowledge to have the birth they wish for. I trained as a Hypnobirthing teacher with Katherine Graves Hypnobirthing and then went on to complete further training with Abby Watson at Love Your Birth.
Originally from North Yorkshire, I served in the Royal Air Force for 8 years within the medical branch and have been lucky enough to travel to some amazing places. This is also where I met my Husband, at the top of a bobsleigh-skeleton track in Austria (but that’s another story!)
I am a mummy to our beautiful daughters Polly and Martha and a dog-mum to our cocker spaniel Arnie. As a family we love to explore new places and you’ll usually find us at the beach.
I’m based in Moray and welcome people from surrounding areas to my classes at Greenbrae Steading, Cummingston. I can’t wait to share everything to do with hypnobirthing with you.
